Tell us about the property, choose your package, and we'll confirm a shoot date. We'll ask a few questions to understand the story we're telling.
The Shoot
We arrive with a full kit (stabiliser, drone, lighting) and spend up to three hours capturing every angle, room, and detail that makes the property exceptional.
Post-Production
We edit, grade, score, and refine your film. Depending on your package, this takes 1 to 4 days. We don't cut corners. This is where the magic happens.
Delivered & Live
Your finished film is delivered in all required formats, ready for Rightmove, Zoopla, your website, and social media. One asset, everywhere it needs to be.

Need to Know
From booking to delivery, most projects take 3 to 6 days. The Signature Film is typically turned around in 2 to 3 days. The Estate Tour and Sterling Story take slightly longer due to the complexity of editing. If you need a faster turnaround, our 24-hour add-on is available for an additional £100.
We work with properties in all conditions. That said, a clean, decluttered property will always film better. We're happy to advise on preparation beforehand. For Sterling Story projects involving lifestyle elements, we'll discuss staging requirements as part of the brief.
We're based in the UK and cover properties across the country. Travel may be factored into the quote for locations outside our primary area. Get in touch with your postcode and we'll confirm availability and any applicable travel costs.
Yes. All deliverables come with a full commercial licence for use across property portals, your website, and social media. We can also provide platform-optimised versions (vertical and square formats) for Instagram and LinkedIn as part of your package or as an add-on.
We include one round of revisions in every package. We also send a brief before every shoot so that we're aligned on the vision before a single frame is captured. In practice, revision requests are rare. We want you to be proud of the result.

Sterling House Productions was founded by Jacob Humphrey and Joshua Ireland, two filmmakers who believe that exceptional spaces deserve to be seen in their best light. Not just documented. Celebrated.
Between us, we bring together a background in cinematic production, aerial photography, and property marketing. We've filmed everything from countryside estates to city-centre boutique hotels, approaching every shoot with the same conviction: that the story of a space matters as much as its square footage.
